How can we help?
Contact the CRI team about a company record, directory correction, account access, advertising, company registration enquiry or general business question.
Tell us what you need
CRI Ireland welcomes clear, specific enquiries. For a company-record question, include the company name and CRO number. For a directory correction, explain which field or page appears wrong. For an account question, use the email address associated with the account where possible.
Company formation enquiries
If you want to discuss forming a company, use the dedicated Register a Company page. That form collects the information the administration team needs to understand the proposed company and is more useful than a general contact message.
Advertising and commercial enquiries
For advertising or partnership enquiries, include the organisation, campaign purpose, intended audience, preferred timing and contact details. Advertising does not change the underlying company-register data or correction process.
Official CRO matters
CRI cannot amend the official register. If your request concerns an official filing, statutory document or correction to the CRO source record, you may need to contact the Companies Registration Office directly.
What happens after you contact us
Your message is sent to the CRI administration contact configured for the website. The team can review the subject, company name, CRO number and message and decide the appropriate response. CRI does not promise an immediate response time for every general enquiry, but including the right identifying details helps the team handle a request more efficiently.
Directory research questions
For help locating a company, start with the Companies page and search the registered name or CRO number. The Contact form is more useful when the record appears incorrect, the correct company cannot be found after a reasonable search, or you need help with a CRI-specific feature rather than general company research.
Corrections
A correction request should distinguish between official source data and CRI’s own presentation. CRI can change its summaries, links, labels, mappings and display logic. Official source values may require a correction with the CRO or another responsible authority before the next import can reflect the change.
Account access
If your message concerns login or premium access, use the email address associated with the account and explain the issue without sending a password or private security credential. The team may ask for additional verification before changing access-related information.
Commercial enquiries
For advertising, partnerships or directory-data enquiries, include your organisation, intended use, audience and timeline. CRI can then determine whether the request fits an available commercial product or requires a separate discussion.
Official and urgent matters
CRI is not an official filing channel. Do not use this form for a statutory filing deadline, law-enforcement emergency, tax filing, official CRO submission or other matter that requires action by a public authority. Contact the responsible organisation directly.
